One effective way to work exercise into a normal day!

Posted on October 27, 2007. Filed under: Fitting Fitness In |

Owing to the predicament I mentioned in my last fitness post, well I had to do something!
When the pants are too tight one has 2 choices. I realize many folks would diet. I’m not one of them. So for me it’s two choices.

Like most women I know, I really don’t have time to fit exercise into my day. Well that is how it seems at the moment.

I thought of walking back home from school rather than using the car. I’m willing to do this once the weather is so kind as to stay below 70. And now, late in October it finally has!

Then when I was waiting for something I was leafing through a Blissworld catalog my daughter “borrowed” from me. And I saw the MBT footwear section!

Now these are the sneakers and sandals that give you a workout while you walk, run or even stand still!

Lucky for me, some years ago, I brought a pair from Blissworld. But back then my daughter insisted on wearing all footwear.

Now she is more selective. Well she is almost 8 and only my favorite high heeled sandals will do!

Turns out my old pair is very much like, if not exactly the same as current MBT Sport High. Their most extreme work out sneaker style for women it seems. Unlike mine these have Poly Urethane coated leather uppers for easy care and durability! I suspect mine don’t as I recall a warning about getting them very wet.

MBT - Sport High (White PU Coated Leather) - Women's

Click on this sneaker’s picture above and check it out! This AM there were 135 reviews from women who gave them an overall 5 star rating! That will take you to Zappos where you can get this sneaker for $3 more with free overnight shipping. They also have lots of other styles as well as their extremely well rated hiking boot!

Take the Blissworld link below to read about how this sneaker will take 19% of the stress off your knee and hip joints, while giving your thighs 19% more action. That link to Blissworld also tells you all the other health and exercise benefits MBT footwear will give you by just wearing them when you stand or move!

On page 2 of the reviews today I was quite impressed to see one woman wore these to recover from back surgery and is amazed that they are taking pressure off her back!

Another woman with leg problems, mostly knees and hips, felt quite different after 2 days of wearing them. She went to her massage and acupuncture people who were amazed at her muscle tone after such a short time.

Lots of women wear them for long days at work and for exercise.

MBT footwear is pricey. But it seems worth it. I’ll know in the near future!

To learn more about all the health benefits MBT’s Masai Barefoot Technology, the 1st physiological footwear can do for you click on this Blissworld link to go to Blissworld. They were the first US supplier of these sneakers. They do have a MBT sale section too! As well as exclusive sets of various MBT footwear styles coupled with their fantastic skin products! Blissworld is a great place to find really nice rewards for your body, hair and the like for all your hard efforts!
